Lokalizacja była korzystna, przy głównej ulicy i blisko do centrum. Bardzo blisko do różnych lokali gastronomicznych, sklepów, komunikacji miejskiej. Duży plus za darmowy parking na oddzielnym placu (na noc zamykany na szlaban)

Wygląd klatki schodowej w kamienicy oraz zapach wilgoci były trochę odstraszające. Pokój był dość czysty, ale były miejsca mocno zakurzone. Pewien problem stanowiły zacinające się drzwi z klatki schodowej do korytarza.

Big room

Very loud because it’s close to a noisy road

Very clean, good location, nice service, we even found coffee and sugar

Had to pay additional money for the dog, we were with 2 children and they get only 1 big blanket

Just outside the (old) city center which is easily to be reached with fun electric steps. Apartment was sober but clean and with all basic necessities. Sleeping couch was big and sort of comfortabel but is not the right choice if hygiëne is a must for you.

We were not prepared for the sober style of this appartement complex. Entrance is kind of creepy with shattering hall lamps and (non-working) elevator which brings back memories of old horror movies.

Parking worker and cleaning staff was very friendly. It is easy to go to a center of the city from an apartment.

I did not like mold in a shower. You can clearly hear your neighbors next door (soundproof from a corridor is very bad).

+ location is convenient, it's easy to get to the Old town (we were traveling by car) + free secured parking on the other side of the street + easy self check-in option, clear instructions from the host + nicely designed bathroom, great shower + really comfy bed + wide windowsill with a power socket, so you can romantically sit with your laptop and look outside :)

- very loud traffic outside, it was impossible to open a window at night, and it was VERY hot night - the place is small, and the bed is in the same room as kitchen and sitting area - very squeaky floors (difficult not to wake anybody up when going to pee at night) - weak WiFi - no food supplies in the kitchen (like salt, sugar, olive oil), we didn't cook anyway, but if you plan to, you have to bring essentials yourself

+ Apartment itself was clean, good shape and overall good quality. + Customer service was top quality and replied quickly to your messages/calls and in a good English. + Parking pace was guarded 24/7 +/- It's a longish but easy to walk into the old town

- apartment didn't have AC and it's close to big road which is busy all night so you can't keep window open and even if it's closed it won't be enough to kill the traffic noise - even thought apartment was in good shape there were some small things that could be easy to fix just an example that when you are using shower cold and warm water is connected opposite ways, so when you are turning it warmer it actually goes to cold and shower needs some kind of rug because floor is quite slippery when walking out of bath (it's a big step) - apartment is just on the edge to be in wrong neighbourhood when you are on family vacation

Great location, parking was a plus, clean room and new furniture! Washing machine was an excellent addition.

The second bed was hard, small for two. It was advertised for 4 persons to stay, but the second bed was not suited for 2 persons to sleep comfortably. The flat was paid to have 4 persons to sleep. The curtains do not keep light and woke everyone up very early.

Secured parkingplace was good but not easy to find, same as the entrance, but good explaination. The apartment is good placed in an old house and modern furnished.

The located area is one of the main streets through Riga and its a little dubious area. We were travelling as a family, two tall adults and two tall childreen, 14 and 16, and the sofa for sleeping was 110 cm narrow and 180 cm long for two childreen!!!! I called the contact number but they said I have to pull out the sofa and no more help....... So I was sleeping on the floor.....

We booked a room with a separate room because we were travelling with a baby so we could let her sleep while me and my wife could still enjoy our night together in the apartment. When we arrived we noticed that the room wasn’t the one we booked but had to take it because off our situation that it’s not easy to travel with a small child. We had to move our previous apartment since there was a leak and we needed to search quickly for something else, we were in chaos. We said to the owner that we thought it would be with separate rooms, he said that this was the only one that was available. When we checked our booking to see if we didn’t made mistake by the booking we’ve noticed that we truly booked a apartment with separate bedroom. For us it was crucial as our baby was already out of her ritme and in stress cause of all the moving. iI was hard to put her to sleep in the same room as us. When we contacted the owner to discuss this, he told this to maybe get some compensation because we didn’t got what we’ve ordered we got the comment that Latvia is a developing country and that we already received 9€ discount. This wasn’t worth the discount and at least some understanding would have been appreciated. Instead we’ve got the comment that or we could be small and complain or be big and accept it. We understand that it was busy and everything was booked, but then don’t sell us something we didn’t order and overpriced it. We went to see an Audi and got a Renault.

Simple studio apartment.

Would have been nice to have more shower gel and shampoo in the apartment. The room had a very small packet to take a shower.

Stylish, clean. Staff is nice and polite.

Property does not have their own parking indeed. I was told by the host to park some other building parking. Next morning, my car was blocked by the angry owner of that parking who told me I have no right to park there. Very unpleasant experience.

The bathroom is modern and handy

The appartment was far from the center and not « design » (basic Ikea fourniture with absolutely no style, the curtains weren’t even long enough to cover the whole window. The lift does not work anymore for ages. Then It was not very clean (uses shampoo sample still in the bathtube), the sheets were stinky, some food remains still stuck on the kitchen walls. Overall, it was VERY noisy as it is a first floor on the Biribas Iela which is a big avenue with cars and motos driving fast all night and a family leaving next door with a baby crying. For the same price you can find a good hotel in the center. Very disappointing, I don’t recommend.

We liked the location and quiet room as it was heading opposite the main street. Good sleep in the clean room.

We were not able to use free parking as the narrow way backward to the building was blocked by big trash containers and our car didn't fit in :-(

Big choice of available apartments in the same range. Location close to Riga centre.

Noise from the street. Lack of attractions in the area. Very difficult to access the parking when driving from the centre. The room was rather small, better suited for two people but not three.

Location in a good distance from the old town but on a very noisy street (even at night). We had to close the windows but then it got hot in the room. The fan was missing. The kitchen could have a little more equipment, for example a cutting board. The apartment itself is clean and very nice. Parking is free across the street which is hard to turn around.

l could not get the TV to work

The location was very great, I liked it.

Clean, spacious room. Children very enjoyed bath.

Vicinity to the city center and good communication

We had booking in apartment number: 1- 10 floor 5th apartment no.3. The lift was not working during our stay. So, we had to take stairs. This was a genuine issue during night when you don’t have well lit staircases. In the room the kitchenettes were poorly cleaned. Even the water kettle had sludge deposited for ages. In the bathroom , the hand shower flow was very very low.

Room was not we booked. There was ment to be living Room and bedroom 35m’2. It was something like 20m2. Huge disappointment for the kids who already checked the images for the Room we booked 😥 Lot’s of differenties for the images and demands 😠
