Pros: great location, good sized apartment, comfortable beds, kitchen well equipped, nice to have a washer/dryer
Cons: no toilet paper (well…half a roll for 4 adults/3 days) and no soap. The property manager never returned a message or email, and the office was only open 9-11 am and 4-6pm, the kettle was faulty and tripped the electric breakers for the whole apartment. (I had to get help from the head office emergency line in Switzerland!)
I think that towels should be provided, not “reserved” for rental in advance, and hand soap and toilet paper are expected. We missed this and arrived at night with no towels or soap
