staff behavior and hospitality. Few things need to improve but its okay.
The thinks I don't like during check in and out was not related to hotel, so I don't want to link many thinks.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were polite and helpful. The location was convenient, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth.
The Wi-Fi could be improved, and there was some noise outside at night.

Cleanliness
They didn't provided A.C facility although it was mentioned
6 / 10Nella media·gen 2026
The location was ideal for us. The staff cooperated where they wanted to.
The sheets and pillows weren't very clean. The room given didn't have a TV in it, though it was mentioned as an amenity in the description. Inverters were installed but turned off to charge extra for electric heaters. This should have been mentioned in the description provided temperatures fall very low in Lahore.
