+ bed sheets were clean, A/C was working, good water pressure, good location

Would not stay again, everything is automated and no human input is present. Everything is managed in their booking site plus they contact you via WhatsApp number you can not call and if you contact them via message they wont respond, even within their "working hours". Number that you can call (from their website) is also automated and useless. First problems arose after coming to check-in in front of the building, we gave them time of arrival and gave them information when we came - no response (we didnt know if someone will come or not, so we just stood there and waited). Second problem was, we had cockroaches in our apartament and, to this day (60+ hours since i wrote) nobody responded to my message (even after check-out). - very few hangers and storage areas, not very clean, balcony for 1 person, unusable shared space (couch in the living room/kitchen is small)
