It’s a very clean villa, home cook breakfast and the staff was amazing. Jefrei and Eliyan are awesome and always very accommodating. The walk to ace lift is about 7 mins and close to Hirafu main shops and restaurants. The onsen was also nice !!

Great location and shared facilities, especially the shared living spaces, onsen, storage and breakfast. Helpful staff and easy check-in and check-out.
The bedroom was quite small with limited storage, but the shared facilities made up for this.

The bed rooms are on the smaller side, but comfortable and functional. I mainly stayed in one of the two large living rooms reading and having a coffee/tea. The Villa is close to a chair lift and in easy walking distance to the main restaurants, bars and supermarkets.
One can easily hear the next door neighbours. So if you have a light sleep use earplugs.
