Owner and cleanliness
Beds were horrible. I tried sleeping on the couch, but rest evaded us. Small bathrooms and drainage is terrible. Extremely bad odor from the sewage system.

How close it was to the beach, how safe it was, accommodating the hosts were.

Great location in a peaceful area
Too exposed to the street. Installing the blind or tinting the door and window will give a little bit of privacy especially at night.
