Everything was great! The host was very communicative and the place was extremely clean! It’s very spacious and you get the entire 4 floors to yourself (so be careful about the fact that the 3rd room is on the 4th floor) but the stairs are not much. They even provided us with earplugs because there was some construction happening right opposite of our building.

It’s a bit far from central Osaka, but we chose it cause it’s close to Expo and USJ. So this is not a negative point, more of an FYI

家族4人では十分過ぎる広さでした。お風呂が大きくて良かったです。

特にないけど、強いていえばリビングの椅子がネジが緩んでいるのか、キイキイいってて壊れないか心配でした。

The place is really nice. 3floor house equiped with everything you need for your comfortable stay. 3 bedrooms with a double bed (smaller then standard europian size but you get used to it :-)) Air condition in every room. Washer with the detergent available. The location is perfect, quiet part of the city but just a 5 minutes from the nearest metro and JR train station (Bentenchō) - even has the direct connection from the Kansai International Airport - with possibilities to shop or eat at the Osaka Bay Tower, which is right next to the station. 24/7 opened 7-Eleven directly at the corner.

No free wardrobe or shelves for the clothes, so you have to "live in the suitcase" - unexpected, but it is a minor thing
