Lovely location. Great seaside views and walks into Boscombe along the seafront. Comfy beds too. Well equipped kitchen as far as cutlery and plates.

Does need some tlc to furniture and fittings. Maybe put throws on the sofas to hide marks and stains.

The apartment is beautifully laid out. Close to shops and the beach is a 5 min walk.

It is on the third floor, which is fine unless you have mobility restrictions.

A characterful apartment within e as y walking distance of Southbourne Beach, Sobo Beach Bar and Southbourne shops. Comfy beds, plenty of space in rooms and nice lounge area.

The lack of drawers for clothiers despite there being space in both rooms. Meant we had to partly live out the suitcases. Not a big deal but would have been a bit easier if had drawers for various bits.

The best part of the holiday was the location of the apartment. It was walkable to the beach and it was also walkable to the local shops which included a Co- Op.

There was 4 flights of stairs to the apartment 39 steps which wasn’t clearly stated so certainly not suitable for people with mobility issues or young children which may involve pushchairs. The kitchen wasn’t well equipped, the carpet in the lounge area was very marked from there is a lack of wardrobes and chest of drawers only a hanging rail in both bedrooms. No batteries in the wall clock in the lounge, kitchen frying pan needed bleaching as was rusty and dirty, had to go looking for dishwasher tablets as the box under the sink was empty. No visitors book for people to write about their experience and things they have done during their stay. On stripping the bed in the main bedroom before leaving there was a horrible stain in the mattress protector about the size of the palm of the hand. Thee was 4 bath towels but only 1 hand towel.
