Gemütlich und ansprechend eingerichtete Wohnung. Sehr sauber. Wohnung hat eine gute Lage: 20 Minuten Fußweg zum großen Einkaufsmarkt und zum Zentrum . Auf der anderen Straßenseite ist man in einer Grünanlagen und im Hafengebiet.

Deux semaines avant notre arrivée, l’hôte était déjà très présente et disponible pour nous rassurer. Rien à redire ! 😊 Le logement est idéalement situé en bord de mer à Papeete et proche du centre-ville. Malheureusement, nous avons perdu une journée de vacances à cause d’un problème d’avion et n’avons donc pas pu profiter pleinement du logement. Dommage, car il était vraiment top ! 🥹🌴
Le seul petit bémol ce soir-là : la pression de l’eau était assez faible, ce qui a rendu la douche un peu moins agréable.

The studio (#20) is very well decorated with much attention to the detail. It seems brand new.
Kitchenware is state of the art.
Good selection of spices and vegetable oil if you need to cook something, although L'Apizzeria next door is a convenient restaurant even for vegans.
I liked a lot the cotton sheets. A rare thing in the places I stayed where the sheets were from polyester.
The bathroom is also very stylish with nice amenities.
There is a big step to get on the platform where the bed is and another smaller one from each side to get on the bed itself. There are lights that automatically turn on when you approach the big step. A night light would be useful so you don't risk to trip from the smaller step.
I would have given it a much better rate if we were able to sleep at night. The building is on a main street and there was non stop traffic all night. Earplugs didn't help.
Check-out time at 9 am is way too early.

Good position, Good communication. The house is equipped with everything you need: dishes, cutlery, refrigerator, microwave, the bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is adequate.
Bug in all the house, big and small, you can't leave food in kitchen..
Noise very strong was impossible sleep, the house It has a balcony overlooking the street, but as it doesn't have double glazing, the noise is very loud and persists at all hours..
