Nice house. Very big for a lot of people.

The house is spacious, clean, well equipped. Location great, close to several ski locations.

We stayed at the house for along weekend with friends. The place was perfect for that, every room has its own bathroom and the kitchen and living room is super spacious and very well equipped for cooking for a large group (although it doesn't have basics such as salt and pepper, but the grocery store is a short drive away). Also the outside area and garden was great! The couple welcoming us were really friendly and helpful as well. Thanks a lot.

The house at the boundary of St. Michael was big and spacious, the equipment had IKEA Quality and was not as luxurious as described, but it was ok. The check-in and check-out time was inconvenient for us. After a long journey from my country we had to wait 5 hours to check-in at late afternoon 5pm. Check-out time was already 10.am, but after asking we could stay 2 hours longer. What was very annoying for us was the behavior of the caretaker couple of the house. Already at the arrival they told us about the financial punishment of several things (wrong garbage seperation, punishment in case of damage etc) The whole house was booked and payed for 4 persons (3191€). There was one additional person, and they charged 430€ for additional consumption of water, electricity, bed sheet...) One more person of the family should have stayed in another appartement together with a german friend, but the landlady there turned out to be very inhospitably . So he was forced to join the women in Villa Juwel for some days. At the day of departure the caretaker couple were rooming around the house and checking the guests. They were very aggressive , they were not interested in the situation and insisted in paying more money. They did not even back of asking the police to come. Police arrived with 3 men and were checking the situation. They checked the booking from the second apartment. In the end they declared the additional price of 430€ for water and electricity as immoral and much to high, but we payed it and so altogether it was 4051€ for 13 nights. So the stay in this house ended very unpleasant. The caretaker couple were not interested in the personal situation of their guests, they only wanted maximum money. So we will not give a recommendation for Villa Juwel.
