Stayed here for a 3 day weekend with a group of friends(6). The house was great! Spacious and beautiful. And the property is also beautiful. The hot tub was perfect as well. Well stocked and the hosts consider every detail. No full sized oven but small oven for smaller baking/air frying. Susan the host was friendly and very responsive and helpful before and during our stay

My friends and I were very impressed with this cottage. The owner was amazing to us. Very modern looking cottage. The beds were very comfortable , bathrooms up to date and very clean, kitchen also very clean and up to date, beautiful backyard and hottub to go with it. I would definitely go again and recommend others to book here.

We had a great stay at this wonderful property! It was just what we needed. We had a great time touring the area, meeting local people. Everyone is quite friendly! We did some hiking, but most importantly, we did a lot of relaxing! We had no issues at all with the property, and hope to come back again next season! Thanks for everything!

The checkin and communication was seamless. The backyard view and facilities were on point. Only item was the missing oven but they have a mini oven and a bbq.

Had a tiny wedding in the backyard in peak autumn, the place had a wonderful atmosphere you that doesn’t come across in pictures. Linens were very clean & comfortable., much like the rest of the cottage. This place really has it where it counts for those looking to stay somewhere reasonably priced.

The layout of this place is perfect for a group of friends & babies! Beautiful large deck for everyone to relax on, tons of lawn space for games. Lots of room to cook in kitchen! We loved our stay here and will definitely book again.

My family loved the private dock on this property. The adults spent most of the time fishing, while the kids played on the grass & playground set. The canal has quite a bit of water traffic from the boats, but we were still able to catch fish from the dock. Some of the fish we caught include: sunfish, minnows, bass and catfish. One of the things we appreciated the most is the hospitality, along with the easy & prompt communication between the host. We left one of our personal items there and she went above & beyond to arrange a way for us to retrieve it back. I felt comfortable telling & asking Susan (host) about any issues during the stay and she was seemed very genuine and helpful in her responses.

5 stars for sure! Beautiful house and property; very clean and well kept! Although it rained for some periods, we were still able to enjoy the outside because of the patio cover in backyard We enjoyed fishing on the dock and our dog loved the space outside to run The house was fully stocked with kitchen and hygiene necessities Lastly, the customer service from Susanny was superb - so responsive and helpful! A great stay in a super property! Just two comments, no storage for clothes, so we lived out of our suitcases and no washer/dryer facilities. Other than this, we couldn’t fault it. Beautiful, peaceful location, lovely house.

We had a great time at the cottage. Beautiful place to stay. Plenty of space for 6 adults and 2 children. Plenty of modern conveniences including nespresso machine and air fryer but you will be so busy enjoying the dock for fishing, watching the boats go by, or water sports that all you will want to do is be outside. We enjoyed watching wild life and even saw a deer a couple times across the water. Susanny is super responsive and communicates so well.

This listing was just perfect for the large family group vacation. Well stocked with pretty much everything you need,. The property was spectacular, neighborhood is very nice. This is a true jem and worth every penny we paid. I don't have any complaints at all and couldn't have asked for anything more. Lots of wild life, from deers across the water, to large turtles, beaver, great fishing ... just lovely. The host we a pleasure to deal with, and truly take pride in their listing and making sure everything we needed was there and handled. THANK YOU AGAIN for allowing us in your home and for a great family vacation !

Gazebo had a broken roof. Would have been nice to sit out there bug free. Beach was not a beach. Goose and duck poop everywhere. Neighbour put up a small fence to keep them out. Might want to consider that option.

My family & I really enjoyed the overall cleanliness & the inviting environment, it was great! The owner was quick to respond to our questions. The cottage was equipped with everything that we needed! Overall it was a nice stay. One of the things that we wished could have been, was the freedom of making noise after a certain time. We couldn’t really enjoy being outdoors without worrying that we needed to stay quiet. The other thing was, the pictures made this cottage look bigger than what I actually seen online. I was expecting a bigger space to be honest. But overall it was a nice stay.

Me and my 6 friends thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at Susanny's cottage. The place was gorgeous and wowed us from the minute we walked in. It was exactly as shown in the pictures. The cottage was very clean, well decorated, well equipped for our stay and quite spacious. Susanny was very responsive leading up to our stay as well as during our stay. She even responded to me within minutes when I messaged her at 2 am expecting her to only respond in the morning. She left little snacks and treats for our group as a welcome which was a nice touch. Since it was a little chilly when we visited, we didn't get to explore the outdoor premises in detail. But the property is right on the canal and looked relaxing. We had issues with the hot tub in the beginning. But Susanny guided us through how to fix it. There are also stores nearby and the casino rama is 20 minutes way. The only issue with the cottage is the lack of a regular full size oven. There is a small toaster/air fryer/oven combo which is what we ended up using but it wasn't the most convenient option when trying to cook for a large group. I also didn't see a washer/dryer in the cottage. This wasn't an issue for us since we were only there for the weekend but may be an issue if we ever visit for a longer period. Overall, it was a wonderful cottage and I look forward to returning in the summer :)

Last weekend a group of 10 adults celebrated a birthday/bachelor getaway trip at Susanny’s cottage. The place was accommodating for our big group with lots of space & little amenities. The spectacular lake view cottage left us speechless, as we plan on coming back again for the summer! The hostess accommodated so many supplies which made our trip a lot better. Beautiful place & location for a getaway trip with friends, family & loved ones. Thank you again Susanny!

My friends & I had a wonderful weekend away at this cottage. The host was so friendly & kind and so quick to reply to all my questions leading up to our stay. The cottage is so cozy! They guys found a nice spot about 15 min away to go ice fishing, while the girls relaxed by the fire. This is also a great space for photo shoots as it is decorated very nicely and there is lots of natural light. I did a small boudior shoot for one of my girlfriends and the pictures turned out great! We will definitely be going back, great weekend away.

A relaxing mini getaway for family and friends. The cottage was very clean, beautifully designed yet cozy (enough space for 4 kids to roam around inside and out) and the host very responsive to all of our inquiries. Overall a nice experience.

The cottage was very clean upon our arrival, and came with all cooking utensils, bedding, water for drinking, complimentary chocolates/nespresso pods (which were delicious), and more. The location is ideal, with an LCBO, grocery store, and other desired stops nearby. The waterfront view is very gorgeous, as well as the cottage itself. There is lots of sleeping room, with very comfortable beds. There is also lots of parking space. Unfortunately the hot tub did not work, however the hosts were very understanding and apologetic. They decided on their own to refund us a portion of the cost for the hot tub issue. We greatly appreciated this! We absolutely loved our stay and would be glad to stay here again! We are excited to return when the hot tub is back up and working! Thank you for a wonderful weekend, my brother thoroughly enjoyed his 30th birthday at your cottage!
