We stayed at your cottage last weekend, May 8- May 11.. This is a very nice set up and works very well for us since our daughter and her family live 2 blocks away.We would be happy to consider renting this property again whenever we come to visit our family. There are a few items that did not work that I would like to mention. The hot water in the bathroom has some problems. It did not stay hot long enough for a good shower, and the sink was similar for washing. Probably not a big deal to address. The shower floor tiles are very slippery. I suggest a good quality shower floor no slip mat. Easy to get and use.A bit more expensive would be to install a horizontal grab bar inside the shower. We are in our 70’s and having something to hold while in a shower is very helpful. The pocket doors for the bedroom need to be repaired. Not particularly important for us and your property would work better if they the doors did function properly. The toilet paper holder is loose. As I said, we had a lovely time and would gladly return and it would be very helpful to us if the above items were addressed.

Cute place, great location. Tangy Mgmt company was excellent!

Clean, private, comfortable, and no bugs. Close to all that Coconut Grove has to offer. Easy access to the unit with parking. The bed was very comfortable! We had an issue with not enough hot water from the shower which I will report to the manager. I did not report it to the manager because we were there for only 3 days. However, that did not detract from everything else that was nearly perfect!

Five minute walk to the shops and restaurants in the heart of coconut Grove. Very safe and secure little compound, gated living space. Super pet, friendly and included washer dryer, kitchen with full fridge and freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, oven and stove top.Great for an extended weekend for festivals and athletic events
