Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house worked well for our family. There were a few issues but nothing major.The blinds in the main bedroom didnt to to the sill so they were always open. The garbage disposal didnt work Faucets in the main bath and lower bath sprayed everywhere. I used tape to control the water stream so we didnt get wet washing our hands. The shower heads were terribleThe towel bar in the main bath was loose and rotated down so towels fell off. The stairs going to the loft had an opening that should have spindles or something, our granddaughter just about went through it and would have fell to the entry floor. other homes our family rented just like this one all had this blocked off.The upper kitchen cabinets are pulling away from the wall.When standing in the loft, the large higher window sills had a thick layer of dead bugsThe coffee pot didn't work but the management company did bring us a new one the same day.I did bring these issues up to the management company and didn't hear back from them.All in all, I may try a different house next time. The accommodations worked well for us, the house is set up nice for a family of 8

Cabin was as described and clean. There were plenty of towels and dishes. Would stay again!

We normally stay in the Hill City area but we had family staying in this same development. We absolutely loved the home. It was perfect for our family. When we arrived, it was very warm. House was cooled and spotless clean. The weather changed quickly and we woke up to snow one morning. The fireplace hadn't been on for the season so we contacted the management company. They came over on a Saturday and got the fireplace working. My daughter had to deal with a work emergency and needed to fly out on the day of our departure. I contacted the management and they accommodated a late check out for her. It was a great home and was reasonably priced. We would absolutely rent this home again.
