Location was good but pool is closed, no easy access to the beach. The key to the lobby is in a lock box on a bar with 25-30 other lock boxes. They are not in numerical order. It was hard to find the the lock box with our units number on it so we could get into the lobby. Window and sliding glass door were very dirty, had not been cleaned in some time. The windows understandable on the 4th Floor but not the sliding glass door. We wrote Clean Me and Dirty on the glass with our fingers for the cleaners to see. As soon as we put food down, we had ants and had to throw out our food. There was no hand soap in 2 of the 3 bathrooms. No towels on display, we had to start checking the closets looking for towels. The WiFi password and WiFi name provided on the access email were not correct. We did find the correct information in the unit. The TV did not have many channels and wanted you to input your personal log on information in order to watch anything. Overall stay was not what was expected. We would not stay here again.
