Loved our stay! Clean, quiet and in a great location. Would have loved an oven glove, drying cloth for dishes and a kettle but these were minor things. Will 100% stay here again

My family was in town for my daughter's performance at Belmont. The location was perfect: walking distance from the Parthenon and Centennial park, and a short drive away from Belmont. The place was comfortable, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed. I had to call for some help, and was able to get in touch with someone immediately. It was also nice having parking available. We would stay here again.

Condo was exactly as advertised on VRBO. Up & coming neighborhood, safe well lit parking lot, Very Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, clean & decorated nicely. Security knocked on my door during stay as I had dropped my purse and it was left in hallway for about an hour. Dwayne, building security was professional and kind. We would love to stay here again.

Several things to keep in mind with this unit. First and foremost - the so-called sleeper sofa isn't exactly a sleeper sofa. It's a hard hard couch with a hard back cushion to fold down. There is not true fold out sofa - it's a couch. We were pretty disappointed due to the inaccurate listing details. Several lamps were dysfuntional and not usable. The refrigerator begin leaking at the bottom of the frig and large puddles of water. The service people turned off the water supply so no more ice or water from the frig. Goodnight people were responsive - but I spent time for 4 days having to contact them for various issues. And just a note about the parking - although there is a designated spot for the condo unit, sometimes not available. Location is great and walkable. Nice park directly behind the building. Lovely pool.
