Well equipped, very clean and great location. Layla always communicated promptly and all information on the apartment was accurate.
Being so well located meant it could be a little noisy during the night.

Excellent location for Covent Garden, Chinatown, Trafalgar Square, etc. and 3 Tube stations within easy walk g distance. 3 to 8 minutes.
Unit scrupulously clean and with everything you needed for a short or long stay
.
Had to defrost fridge. Freezer compartment built up with ice.
No instructions for heating
As a suggestion a couple of boxes of tissues would be a good idea

Our train was cancelled and the accommodation we stayed in didn't have availability to extend for another night, so we found Layla's apartment in Covent Garden. One thing that I regret - is not booking the whole vacation with her.
The place is spotless, it was probably the cleanest place I've ever stayed. Layla was extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in earlier, with no extra cost, as well as to leave the luggage until 3 pm. Compared to the flat we stayed, this apartment offers great value - taking into consideration the location and amenities.
Without hesitation, I would 100% stay here again and will recommend it to our friends.
I and my partner have enjoyed our 1-night stay with you.
Thank you so much, Layla.
