Nicely decorated and spacious apartment, good equipment kitchen, super strong airconditioning that isn't too noisy. Location is perfect, just outside the city centre but in walking distance 1.5 mile from Broadway. You can hear the highway in front but not too disturbing for us.
Luxury is mostly in details, sleeping under polyester sheets is totally not luxurious but torture for me. Yes I can feel the difference.
Bedding mattress not a box spring and isn't of high quality either. No welcome snacks or beverage or just water is offered. We asked for an early check in and did not get a proper response. One can tell that this apartment is used for holiday rentals, it has scratches, spots, stains everywhere and cleaning and maintenance isn't done like one would do at home. Tv on wifi is not working properly, keeps logging out even after several resets. No a big deal however not luxurious either.
Price / value can be improved.

We have nothing negative to say about the stay. Location was great. We had 2 children with us and will all fit in great.
Nothing.

The apartment was wonderful. So clean and spacious, we had a great time here and we recommend it to anyone viewing. Location was so good for a quick walk to Broadway etc.

"Appartamento spazioso, ben arredato e completo di tutto il necessario. Appena al di fuori del centro di Nashville si può raggiungere Broadway anche a piedi in meno di mezz'ora se non si vuole utilizza..."
