Num Suites & Lofts Athens

Comfortable and clean. Great neighborhood

Great location (15minutes walk to the Acropolis). The room was comfortable and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. We have tried the restaurant to the hotel- the food was delicious and prices reasonable.

One of the days there was no hot water in the room but apart from that everything was great.

Summa summarum, nemam nikakve zamjerke. Dapače, bilo je iznad mojih očekivanja, sve pohvale!

Great design, comfort, cleanliness. Such a great set-up! … BUT starting to show the cracks. Lacking attention to service detail. Great pity!

I HV stayed here before, last year there was so much attention to detail and to the client! This year was way worse service. Firstly the receptionist didn’t bother picking up 3 calls whilst I was trying to chk-in, as I watched her through the Hope window! Who does that? Had other issues of sound from the street and receiving the keys ( information not clear not precise)
