The app is a very modern one. It is located in a modern building. You can access the app by stairs but you can also use an elevator if you have troubles with walk or a lot of bags to carry. Like I said, the app is very modern, with really bih flat screen Tv, small but modern kitchen with most of the things that you need for preparing food. The living room is the biggest place in the app with a sofa that can turn into an additional double bed. Thats very ok. There is also a bedroom with a double bed and a small balcony for some air. All in all the app is comfy and the beds are perfect. The location is a bit far from the city center but that was not a problem, There is a bus station 5 minuts and from there you can reach the metro station Budjejovicka very fast - 10 minuts or so.

The biggest problem in Prague is parking space. And the biggest problem for me of this app was that it doesnt have a parking space. I always travel around Europe wit a car - it gives you all the freedom on your trips that you need and it is strange, when you find such modern app located in a modern neighborhood, without a parking space. Because there is an underground parking space under this neighborhood, but this app doesnt have one parking space available. Thats a pitty and that is why I just can't give this app a bigger score. The hosts told me before I came that there is no parking space and he also helped me to find one by using Mr.Parkit app, but like I said. Such an app should have a parking space. I payed additional fee for the Mr.parkit parking place in a pretty shady parking place. And second...like I said before..you can turn the sofa in the living room to a double bed. We did that and it was very comfy! But there were no sheets available for the sofa bed. The main bed was well prepared but even if you travel in 2 it doesnt mean you have or must sleep together in the same bed, right? So we had to manage that somehow.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem sehr guten Zustand! Die Vermieter denken tatsächlich an jede Kleinigkeit bis zu „Ohrstöpseln“.

Es gibt keine Dinge, die zu bemängeln wären!
