This is an excellent location, very close to the river, restaurants, temples, etc. It is very clean. The amenities are amazing. The owner is exceptionally friendly. We were able to prepare home-cooked meals due to there being sufficient appliances, dishes and silverware. There is also a fridge that you can store items in along with a freezer. A very comfortable and friendly place to spend a couple of nights. We would highly recommend it to fellow travellers. If you don’t want to do your own cooking, there is even a popular restaurant right next-door. You can also do your laundry as there is a laundromat on the main floor of the building. There is no elevator but if you’re good with stairs, it is not difficult at all.

Everything was great

The room is very clean and tidy. A lot of attention to detail has been given to make sure our stay was comfortable. A lot of free snacks and very nice coffee included. Fridge facility provided and TV included free internet and access to Netflix and YouTube. Check-in was also very efficient with not much waiting and checkout was very simple.

Nothing to complain about, honestly. The only thing worth mentioning is that the bed is a traditional Japanese-style tatami mattress. I personally preferred it, but it's something future guests may want to be aware of if they expect a standard bed.
