Location was very nice. 2 minutes walk from beach and many restaurants around. The apartment itself was in good condition, and fitted well for a family stay.

Very hot at night in summer - so either bring a fan or be ready to sleep very warm. There's an Italian restaurant downstairs so it's not always easy to sleep with windows open if you're a light sleeper. For us it was fine though. We didn't have problems with mosquitos like some other reviews - maybe that's to do with the time of year. On checkout (10am - apparently standard here) we forgot to take two trash bags out and left a quick cycle running on the dishwasher due to running out of time. The cleaner was waiting for around 5 minutes outside while we completed checkout. We knew there would be extra charges and would have happily accepted a decent amount - however, these weren't listed anywhere visible either on the internet or in the apartment. The cleaning company has not replied to my email asking where they actually put the sign stating the charge. We were charged 50 EUR - which I find quite excessive - and put a bitter taste to the end of what was otherwise a very nice stay - for an apartment that was not exactly cheap in the first place! So for us (and maybe it's standard in North Germany - so other guests won't experience it this way) it was a bit of an annoying end to the trip.

Sehr schöne Wohnung und sehr gut ausgestattet. Lage zum Strand wirklich perfekt

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit! Die Ausstattung,insbesondere die Sauna, war super! Auch die Nähe zum Strand war klasse, zumal wir mit zwei kleinen Kindern unterwegs waren. Die Couch im Wohnzimmer konnte ebenfalls schnell in ein bequemes Bett umfunktioniert werden. Es ist alles sehr modern und sauber eingerichtet. Insgesamt haben wir uns extrem wohl gefühlt.

Leider lag schräg gegenüber eine Baustelle, sodass werktags wegen des Lärms nicht an Ausschlafen zu denken war. Im Urlaub ist das ein wenig ärgerlich. Außerdem war die Wohnung etwas zu warm und zu stickig, da es offenbar ein Problem mit der Heizung gab. Es war aber bei offener Balkontür durchaus auszuhalten.

Wir waren am vergangenen Wochenende dort. Die Wohnung ist einfach nur toll und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Neu, modern und komplett ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt. Mein persönliches Highlight ist die Sauna!!! Einfach herrlich nach einem Spaziergang am Meer sich so richtig zu entspannen. Ein weiteres Highlight ist die Lage der Wohnung. Die angegebenen 300 Meter zum Strand kann ich nur bestätigen. Man ist direkt an der Seebrücke. Zentraler geht es wirklich nicht. Alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Bäcker, ca. 150 Meter. Ebenso der Italiener um's Eck oder eben die Cafe's und Restaurants an der Strandpromenade. Wir waren einfach nur begeistert und werden definitiv wieder kommen 😀
