Friendly staff, location was close to a bus stop to get you anywhere. They cooked you an English breakfast every morning.
You had to climb the stairs as there was no elevator.

Nice warm welcome on arrival :) more space in the family room (4) than we thought there would be. Everyone really enjoyed their breakfast - especially the little ones who had some ‘cocoa boulders’ easy access to nanna’s house and into town centre on the bus.
There wasn’t anything they didn’t like, but a little night light would be helpful in the family room, for ease of finding the bathroom in the night.

Very good breakfast. The flies were quite a pain. perhaps need a zapper in the corner away from food.
Flies shower cubicles need replacing,. Perhaps when funding is available
