The property was very good
The air conditioner in the second room that we were given which is the one that we had booked is not cold enough considering the hot weather of the place.

I really love being in Chez l'ami hotel; especially because all the staff treat me as a family. This place has everything for comfortable stay; is very comfortable, convenient and spacious. The area is quiet, and I can be in calm in my private balcony reading, or in the morning taking the sun, or enjoying the pyramids view, especially the sunset. The breakfast buffet is amazing and the hospitality is great. Thanks for everything to the beautiful and lovely family from Chez l'ami hotel.

The breakfast was nice, friendly staff, food was nice. View from the top terrace was great. Location to the pyramids is great.
This wasn't a hotel, more a bed and breakfast/ guest house type accommodation. There were many many stairs to the apartment which would be a problem for those with young children or mobility issues. Air conditioning units are very noisy.
