Stayed for the marathon so was handy enough to public transport. Clean and tidy. Ideal having 2 seperate bathrooms for the 2 bedrooms.

Beds and linens and towels were clean and nice

These are comments that are easy to fix for property owner manager not to demise the property but to improve it, for a temporary stays its not a deal braker , but reduces the mark for being exceptional. floor was not swept/vacuumed properly and saw some long hairs here and there, The small table close to sink is installed to high( a couple of screws and table height will be standard, you can put a small shelf for microwave to save/create some space in that small countertop. Cabinet doors need adjustment and handles. Overall design is very good, implementation could be better.

The friendly communication, the accurate instructions. The accessibility, ground floor, no lift required. The flat is spacious, bright and clean. Kitchenette is equipped Iron and hair dryer provided The beds are comfortable. Pillows and linen nice. Area with good transport links, main roads and restaurants.

This is not about the property but observations about the area. Just awareness, that in every city places near train stations tend to be crowded, with groups of people jobless and homeless on the street. One founds walls with graffiti and posters, that would be cleaned in the centre or touristic places. I'm familiar with this kind of areas where I lived. Areas with main roads offer the benefit of good transport in detriment of traffic density, and noises from traffic and urgency vehicles. In general, the council provides better services in the center and touristic areas: more cleaning, more police presence, hence more pleasant and safe feeling.

Struttura pulita e ordinata, c’era tutto l’occorrente.

Unica cosa negativa si è verificata l’ultima mattina prima di partire . L’acqua calda per fare le Docce non è bastata per tutti e 4 gli ospiti.
