This home is a very old style home inside and it's very pleasant to rent. We spent a week there had minor issues that the staff corrected immediately. It's a very comfortable place it has two queen beds in separate bedrooms and a twin bed in third bedroom since we were three people it was great to each have our own bed in bedroom. It has two bathrooms the one downstairs is just the sink in the toilet and the upstairs is a shower lovely shower. If you're looking for a big space no this is not but the nostalgia of the age of the house is what it makes it a unique place to rent. The furniture is very comfortable as they all recline. It is also a very secure place. If you're looking for something you need this would be the place to stay. It's very close to everything and Providence I just accept one.

There was nothing we did not like maybe just the neighbors outside and they allowed cars but can't pick your neighbors

The location is good. Very close to Federal Hill. Kitchen was nice with nice appliances. Rooms spacious. Living room good.

Beds were hard. Cabinet in upstairs bathroom was very shaky. Whole house smelled like stale cigarette smoke.

The house was neat, clean and very comfortable. Quiet, safe neighborhood conveniently located. Joe was a super great host. Responded to every question instantly and couldn’t have been nicer. He is an exemplary host.

Nothing, it was what I was hoping for and exactly as described. Kitchen was very nice and entire house is renovated. I was very pleased. My stay was just over 5 weeks and there were no issues. Joe is very understanding and bent over backwards to accommodate me. I had an unexpected pet that had to stay for a couple of weeks, with no notice, not a problem.

It was clean and easy to get in and out of. We had to turn both handles at the door, but that was only a minor issue

I left a pair of jeans there and I called to see if they could find them and I know it’s my fault but come on man you know that the cleaners or whoever went by there took them I would appreciated the effort to get them returned. I would’ve paid the shipping, but they just said now I couldn’t find them. Didn’t really even try. I don’t think..
