Lyvin Bingin Villas

Casa impeccabile, servizio perfetto!

Tutto perfetto

We loved everything about our stay here. The staff are lovely. They are welcoming and really helpful. The Villa is very clean, comfortable and has everything you need. The golf buggy service to take you around the local area is fantastic and it’s easy to organise grab taxis for further locations. We would definitely stay here again. Saltwood restaurant is really close for breakfast, lunch and dinner and has great food and beautiful views at sunset. Cashew Tree is also really close and has a good menu and a play area for kids.

An ultra-modern villa in a secure, gated and monitored setting. The villa was spacious, beautifully designed and very comfortable, with excellent bedding and great amenities throughout. The private pool and rooftop area were exceptional and provided the perfect space to relax. The staff were friendly, attentive and always helpful, with frequent daily room servicing that kept everything spotless. Overall, a fantastic property that made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable.

Some mosquitoes but manageable.

Staff were great and location was good. Villas were well equipped and cleaned daily and also re stocked in evenings if required.

Our stay was sadly impacted by other guests staying in the complex that threatened to come and physically fight us. This was due to them claiming excessive noise at 6:30pm, even when the staff agreed our noise was not excessive. Whilst the staff did provide another villa option, it required us relocating mid stay with no compensation and still being in eyesight distance of the guests that threatened us. We were told the guests that threatened us would not have their stay impacted as they were "long term guests" and hence more important to their overall business.
