Great location
The walk-up aspect should be clearer when booking. We had big heavy suitcases which we could not bring up.

The view was great & spacious for our family
The stairs were dark half way up & very uneven to walk on. Some of the furniture could use an upgrade, like the sofa. It also needs hooks or shelves in the bathrooms

Great location , close to Pleasance Courtyard , fab view of Arthur’s chair
Second bathroom no wc , possibly my mistake not checking
5 / 10·ago 2026
Best value of this property is view from two windows and location.
Kitchen and bathrooms are newly renovated and in good shape.
Entrance of the building is old, dark, unclean, and without proper maintenance and hygiene. It looks very uncomfortable and unsecured.
Doors and floor in flat is old and “noisy”.

"Appartamento spazioso in zona centrale. Vista su Arthur Seat. Comodo ai principali punti di interesse con una passeggiata di 20 minuti, ma anche vicino a diverse linee di autobus ."
