the villa is located in a beautiful area with a great view on the sea and islands. it has a beautiful private pool and loads of sunbeds. it has all the amenities you need, like kitchen utensils for cooking, washing machine and dishwasher. the beds are quite comfortable.
Just a heads-up for future guests: driving all the way up to park by the house is tricky since the road is unpaved and has a sharp incline. Not all cars can handle it, so we parked down on the road and walked up, which was manageable but a bit of a climb. It would also be great to have clearer directions or bigger signs, as we struggled a bit to find the place at first

Clean, tidy, with a nice pool and a beautiful sea view
The access road was damaged, so the car had a bit of a hard time getting up.

Tolle Aussicht, sehr nettes Personal, waren immer erreichbar und haben jedes Problem gefixt. Besonders der Gärtner/Hausmeister war eine Perle.
Alles war toll, nur die letzten Meter bis zu Garage sind für ungeübte Fahrer eine Herausforderung. Die Fenster kann man nicht verdunkeln, uns wurde aber angeboten Vorhänge zu besorgen (haben darauf verzichtet und einfach unsere Strandtücher benutzt)

The location is fantastic. Away from the hustle of town even though Kas itself isn't as busy as Kalkan. The beach is nearby. It is owned by a local hotel (Aquarius) and they charge 500 lira per deck chair but it's worth it. The food served at Aquarius is very nice indeed. The property manager was constantly in touch and collecting keys was no problem.
Slightly darker curtains in the bedrooms would have been very helpful. Bright sunlight filtering in to the room at 6am on holiday can be painful !
