James and Sarah kept us informed at every step of the way, there was milk in the fridge and biscuits in the kitchen on our arrival. Fantastic place to stay, peaceful, comfortable and well kept. Handy parking opposite. We'll be back next time we're in the area.

Beautiful location. Cottage has everything you could need. Just perfect.

Property is cosy and well equipped. Main bedroom large and bed very comfy. The major highlight is the location. Directly overlooking the river which is just stunning. Buzzing with wildlife, Heron, ducks, squirrels and Kingfisher most mornings. Sat with coffee every morning watching the world go by. Missing the view already.

Prior knowledge of no phone signal
Sky box did not function, Remote back is broken.
Poor instructions for smart TV. For Senior citizens like ourselves
Loose rug in lounge, a trip hazard. We were hoteliers, retired, So we speak from experience.
