Todo el resto estuvo maravilloso realmente. Lugar súper tranquilo y seguro, bonitas vistas desde living y dormitorio.

Solo la llegada fue no tan agradable, que como no conocíamos el entorno, llegamos por la recomendación de google Maps a pie desde el terminal de bus, que nos llevó por un barrio algo feo. Al llegar, entendimos que por ahí no era recomendable transitar y todo ok. De todos modos esto es algo externo al alojamiento. El barrio de Zamá es muy bonito.

It was the BEST property we have been staying ever. Friendly staff, amazing rooms, and even a private pool. They even made beautiful romantic towel structure before arriving. We booked an additional night since we liked it that much.

Would be only helpful knowing not driving, walking or bicycling in the neighborhood north of the property to access the village. Please be aware that you need to use one road to the area/ community where the building is located since you want to avoid talking the other direction ending in a less developed neighborhood (north of the location). However, if you use the main road Carretera Tulum - Boca Paila (east of the location) you are good to go!

Todo! El apartamento es precioso, todo nuevo y en la cocina tienes de todo, tapers, ollas y cubiertos. El lugar es súper tranquilo tienes dos piscinas en la entrada y una privada en el apartamento. Dar las gracias a Felipe y Guillermo que nos atendieron estupendo, y tuvimos muchísima privacidad y intimidad.

Desde que llegas, al estar en un residencial privado, te sientes cómodo, con la seguridad que te proporciona la caseta . Excelente atención del personal que nos recibió. El departamento en planta baja con alberca esta de muy buen tamaño para dos personas, con excelente iluminación natural. El tamaño del baño, también de buena dimensión, cuenta con toallas. Cuenta con aires acondicionados que funcionan a la perfección. La sala de muy buen tamaño para más de 6 personas, al igual que el comedor. El alojamiento dispone de todos los instrumentos de cocina como cafetera, microondas, sartenes, utensilios de cocina, cubiertos, toallas, jabón, etc (a excepción de copas). En el rooftop cuenta con una sala super agusto, con iluminación para poder disfrutar un buen rato por la noche, con baños para no tener que bajar a tu departamento. En la planta baja se cuenta con dos albercas para todos los huespedes. No cuenta con elevador, sin embargo, al ser 3 pisos, no es necesario. En conclusión, fue una extraordinaria experiencia.

Außenanlagen noch nicht fertig, Küche ist nicht gut ausgestattet, teilweise Geschirr noch verdreckt und Bettbezüge waren bei Ankunft nicht bezogen! Man braucht unbedingt ein Mietauto, sonst ist man aufgeschmissen.

The location is quite remote. The street to get to the building is a very dusty, bumpy road with no lights at night. Not very comfortable if you have luggage etc. and not very safe feeling when passing through

Design is great. Location is great.

No hot water. No air conditioner, too hot to sleep. One towel for 2 days. No shampoo. 1/3 toilet paper and no additional roll. No soap. For that price you can get much better in Tulum. Someone entered through the door without knocking. It seemed like a service staff. It seems the owners care about the income, but not client comfort. You can feel it that as a guest you are not important.
