Zostel Mussoorie, Mall Road

I had an amazing stay at Zostel! The entire staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. A special thanks to Ajay bhaiya, the manager, for making us feel so comfortable from the moment we arrived. Ravi bhaiya was also extremely kind and sweet. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. The hospitality was exceptional, and the positive atmosphere made the stay even more memorable. Highly recommend this place, and I can't wait to visit again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Live music noise from singing night. Extra money for heater (really? ) Cafeteria isn’t inviting at all

Staying at Zostel has always been a great experience, and this time was no different. The location is stunning—I could even see the winter line right from my room. Kuldeep at the reception was extremely helpful and polite, which made the stay even better. The café also had good vegetarian options. Overall, a really good and comfortable stay.

- View from the balcony were mesmerizing - Food at the café was really good - Stay was really helpful and they are a good host especially Aman Sharma

- to reach the hotel you had to climb down from very steep Hills, incidentally, if you have to go to the mall road, you have to climb up on steep hill or paths - rooms are very smelly. They have smell of seepage - stuff in the rooms are not maintained.
