It was amazing!!!

Not a thing!

The hotel is conveniently situated close to the airport. Although I arranged a shuttle for 17:40 and confirmed when we had landed, I still had to call again and then wait a few minutes - although not a huge deal. The curries were delicious!!

When checking in, I arranged a collection for 5am the following morning, as well as breakfast to take to the airport. My friend then went down at 4:30am and did the same, yet nothing ever arrived. Just a few croissants and some coffees in the foyer would have been nice, considering that the 8 of us had breakfast included in our stay.

Location to the airport, rooms were clean, and quiet with blackout curtains.

The round trip free airport shuttle only is good for the NBO airport and not for the WIL airport.

Smart options in the room - it's a relatively new hotel with the most modern facilities. Transfer to/from airport was well-organized and complementary. Great location close to airport if making overnight transfer. Liked the fact that I got a free room upgrade and that the rate I booked for had an early check in since my flight landed at 6:45am.

(1.) Poor customer service from key staff like the people checking you in / out. Check in was very slow as some of the staff seemed to be either on training or were not familiar with the process. (2.) After I checked out and was in the lobby waiting for the airport transfer, suddenly the lady who had checked me out approached me and said that I had taken a piece of candy that was in the room but had not paid for it. I had not done that, the only thing I had taken was a soda and had told her about it. So I asked her who told her that I had taken a piece of candy and not paid for it --she said, it was the cleaning staff. I guess the cleaning staff took it and wanted to blame it on me. I thought it was so ABSURD. She gave me the bad look as though she didn't believe me. I was quite angry about that but didn't have time to deal with it as I had to catch an airport transfer. My view is that if the hotel is going to accuse guests of taking candy or whatever that should be paid for from the room, then they should ask all guests to call the checkout desk to send their cleaning staff to the room before the guest checks out to validate what was taken and what was not to avoid this petty accusations. Alternatively, as guests maybe just take a photo of what was on the counter, fridge when you arrive and do the same when you leave the room and as part of checkout, show them the evidence --that's what I plan to do next time. It's absurd but I don't like false accusations. (3) Food service was very very slow. When I arrived, it was past breakfast and before lunch. I wanted to get some food and ordered for fish & chips. It took forever to get the food and I had to follow-up a couple of times. When the food eventually came, it was HORRIBLE; the fish was so salty like it had been dipped in salt solution. The fries were also super salty and oily. I guess it took them long coz they were thawing out the fish and fries.
