Clean tidy well kept and quiet .

The house was clean, had everything we needed and close to a wedding venue we were attending across the weekend.
The garden needed some work, better seating area and updating.
Given the price of the rental it was not located in an area which would be conducive to a holiday vibe although it suited our purpose.
