Location was perfect
Cottage could have been much cleaner especially the kitchen and bathroom. Some crockery and cutlery had to be washed before it could be used. The trays left in the oven were very greasy. The toilet seat had to be replaced as it was broken, the shower screen seal was yellow and split. The bath was too narrow and didn't sit level.
