The location was absolutely fantastic - you are within walking distance of nearly every museum and cultural landmark. I truly don’t think you could find a better location in Florence. The owner went above and beyond by leaving a bottle of Prosecco as a surprise for my girlfriend’s birthday, which was a wonderful and thoughtful gesture. The apartment itself is clean, beautifully designed, and very well furnished. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in the heart of Florence.

The location was excellent. The size of the apartment was all that we needed.

Perhaps it would have been nice to have a better outlook from the apartment but we understand that given the age of the building this was not possible.

Decent location, amenities to cook & wash clothes, TV with Netflix. Check in staff were helpful.

No natural light. Little air flow (window couldn’t be open due to bugs). Spiders, mosquitoes & silverfish in property when we arrived. We did buy bug spray and there was a insect repellent in the property which did help but overall the property didn’t feel fresh & clean. It was dark and there were spider webs in every corner. When I reached out to the owner of the property, she advised me that this was the first she had ever heard of it as if I was making it up.
