My favourite part about the apartment has to be the location been in a central area, and access to good transport network. Great layout and suitable for a family.
The unavailable space for parking, had a walk some meters to park, this is abit inconvenient as we had luggages. Secondly, the bathroom in the room has some black moulds and cobwebs in the apartment (which was later addressed same day by cleaners) .

The row of bins at the backyards of other houses on the street. The front entrance of the property happens to be on a street that is the back/garage space for other houses on the street.
