It was very clean and a lot of space.

The apartment is very nicely designed, spacious, lots of natural light and located in a great location.
Elevator was broken - the hosts knew that this was broken for awhile, but didn't inform guests and then made an excuse about it.
The unit is managed by a serviced agent, which is very inflexible and lost a personal touch.
Despite the unit being very nicely designed, it lacked several necessities for short term rental e.g. shower gel, shampoo, and they didn't even provide a trash bin inside the bathrooms/toilets.

Location and spacious apartment. Having two bathrooms is great. The apartment itself was super clean.
There was no coffee machine at all. The towels looked new and fresh, but they didn’t absorb water very well. An AC during summer time would be great, as the apartment can get very warm.

Beautiful location and easily accessible to central London.
Tastefully decorated and very well stocked with everything required.
Excellent communication from the hosts before and during our stay and we were met and shown around the apartment which was a really personal touch.
