Nicely laid out accommodation, and welcoming touches like fresh fruit, bread, butter and milk on arrival. The small outside courtyard is a welcome bonus. Plenty of bars, shops and eateries on the doorstep. Would recommend for couples as opposed to those with young families.
A by product of being city centre is the parking. Whilst the logistics of a BCP car park outside your door are excellent, you have to factor in the 24hr cost per day.

There was tea and coffee as well as milk in the fridge which was very thoughtful. Isaac was very helpful when we struggled to fit the entrance.
The strong smell of damp when you walked in was actually quite overpowering. The visible mold on the bathroom ceiling, the over the bath shower knob that changes the water from the tap to the shower head was seized in place so the shower was inoperable, the sheet on the bed was very creased, we hopped it was just creased and not left on from the previous occupancy.
