This house was perfect for the sweet 16 birthday weekend for my daughter and her friends. My husband and I took on the challenge of taking 6 teenagers to the beach for a long weekend. The home had plenty of space for everyone, was only a few steps from the beach and met all of our needs. It was clean and well stocked. The outdoor shower was great for rinsing off before heading inside. Amber was easy to reach and quick to respond to me questions prior to our arrival.

This property was clean, convenient to the beach and shops in Mexico Beach. The owner was very easy to communicate with and stocked the property very well. Cute, cute color and decor scheme.

The home was nice and clean! Close to the beach. The area was nice. We we’re happy with our stay!

The property had extras, most beach rentals don’t have beach towels, toothpaste, and toothbrush. The outside shower was delightful. The water accessibility to wash feet before entry to beach house was awesome. The stay was enjoyed by all!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was fully equipped with kitchen utensils and cookware. The bathroom for every bedroom was so nice. Shower outside saved a lot of sand inside and it has warm water. Convenient to the beach! Great experience…

This property is beautiful, and the Milne's really thought of every convenience you might want in a beach house- even down to the picnic table under the house where it's cool and warm water in the outside bathroom shower, which is just 1 of the 5 bathrooms!!! My husband's day was made when we got there & she had decorations up & a cake in the fridge for his birthday. (I had told her we were coming for his birthday & she told me she would see if she could find a streamer to put up!) Just a word of warning: Amber said it in the description, but I want to reiterate that you MUST be able to walk stairs; pretty much every new home since Michael demolished the town is being built on stilts, and this house has 2 sets. My advice for a perfect day in sleepy Mexico Beach? Bring a tent, wagon, comfy chairs, a cooler, toys, and a good book, and plan to spend your days relaxing by the water. We hope to come back & stay at No Bad Days again soon!
