We spent the weekend in Columbus with our family. We did a college tour of OSU with our daughter and spent the remainder of the weekend at a lacrosse tournament at Resolute and shopping in Easton. The property was "fine" but in my opinion in need of a thorough deep cleaning and a fresh coat of paint. There was visible dirt on the walls and doors, multiple hairs throughout the bathroom, a random toddler sock in the kitchen cupboard, and decorative blankets on the beds that I later realized were perfectly placed to cover ugly stains on the white bedding. We did not use the kitchen to prepare meals but I don't think the kitchen was well equipped to cook a meal. The inside of the fridge was stained and dirty looking. There is a random bifold door at the bottom of the basement steps that is somewhat barricading (two boards wedged behind the hand rail) the door closed...kind of unsettling in an already somewhat creepy basement.Check in process was okay, but very last minute. Communication with property manager was again just okay. Two different messages from property manager included two different check out times (one read 10:00 and one read 11:00). And when they messaged me that the property was ready for check in they referred to me by the wrong name. Location was overall convenient; however, very close to busy road with lots of traffic noise (sirens late at night 2 of our 3 night stay). I would not choose this property again based on our experience.
