AMAZING view and property manager was great with communication. Place was clean and it was in a good location. It was very well stocked, so much so that I wish we had gone there first before going to the grocery store. Previous guests have also left plenty of liquor and beer for others. I recommend the house with a few caveats though just so you are aware. The pool was smaller than it appeared in the pics (you can fit about 4 people in it comfortably with rafts). The hot tub was dirty and not usable, which wasn’t an issue for us given we went in July. I’m not sure if they only maintain it in the colder months if those exist? The beds were a little hard and one of the bedrooms downstairs had a musty smell as if there was either water damage or someone smoked in it previously. A few tips…The clicker to the gate is on the counter and looks like a garage door clicker. The binder and listing doesn’t mention it so we reached out to the maintenance contact and he let us know where it was. He even came fixed our toilet the same day we reached out.You can NOT hike down to the rocks below. The listing doesn’t say you can either. Just mentioning as we checked and you can’t get very far.You definitely need a car rental, preferably jeep, for pretty much anywhere you stay on the island and be prepared to drive on the left side of the road!Had a great stay.

The house was a little more worn out than the pictures but the view was breathtaking. The air unit upstairs was broke and they did act quickly once I notified them; however, it did take an overnight to get the part in. The main disappointment was you could not get to the hot tub. The foliage had basically grown up around it. Overall I would still rate it a very good place to stay. It was in an excellent location.

We had a fabulous stay at Turquoise Cove! There were 6 of us on a mother/daughter trip. The villa was very clean, well stocked, and communication from the management company was excellent. We rented a car & with their instructions, we were able to find the villa easily & check-in was seamless. They also provided great recommendations for grocery delivery, restaurants, excursions, etc. Our favorite part of the villa was the veranda overlooking the spectacular ocean view. We had planned to rent beach gear, but were pleasantly surprised to find that beach chairs, an umbrella, and coolers were there for us to use. We did purchase floats for the ocean that we donated to the villa upon departure. Things to note: the driveway is very steep and is tricky to navigate, so we had one person direct the driver when leaving the property. There are 2 bedrooms (queen & bunk room) that are only accessible by an outdoor set of stairs from the veranda. Lastly, the power went out 2x while we were there. Once in the evening (no tv, wifi, water) & then again on our last morning there, which was unfortunate. We couldn’t shower, run the dishwasher, etc. I think a back up generator would be a great addition. Overall, we had a wonderful time & loved the villa’s close proximity to Magen’s bay (5min drive), the view, and all of the amenities! Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at the Turqoise Cove home was wonderful. The house was modern, clean and had all of the amenities to make our stay very comfortable. The kitchen was modern and had all of the items that we needed to easily prepare meals. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. We spent most of our time on the deck enjoying the amazing view. Unfortunately, the heater for the hot tub was under repair and a few more chairs to take to the beach would have ben nice, but other than that, the home met all of our needs. The owner, Jeff, and the house manager were very easy to work with and quickly responded to our questions. The location was private, but close to wonderful beaches (Magen's Bay was about 10 minutes away). We would definitely stay there again.
