The pool and the garage, the proximity to Shamrock Park and the Legacy Bike Trail were all additional positives to this lovely two bedroom home.

Only problem we had was tv didn’t have all the shows our daughter liked. Nice family home, quiet neighborhood. Clean, large pool. Would have liked to have a hot tub because it was really not warm weather for a pool. Nice family home with plenty of furniture that was in good shape. Had great time.

The owner/renters were wonderful to work with and the place was very well appointed with very nice extra touches. I would highly recommend this property and will be sure to return should the need occur. Thank you, Fritz 🙏

I think we were one of the first families to enjoy this rental property, so in some ways we, by default, were testing his systems and procedures. Every step of the way from finding and booking the property to checking out was smooth. Fritz, the owner, has carefully thought through every detail for what his guests may need. I thoroughly enjoyed the labels on all the cabinets and light switches. The property was clean, well organized, and homey…not like the sterile and cold-feeling vibes of some of the other styles. Staying here felt like I was staying in someone’s home, not a rental property at all. The location is close to several wonderful beaches and all the major shopping needs. My only concern was some of the nearby neighbors and how run-down some of their properties were. The street this property is located on is just fine though and everything about this home was in tip-top shape. No concerns there. What makes this property quite possibly one of the best we’ve ever used, is how the owner was available to help at every moment’s notice. Fritz has partnered with all the appropriate services (property management and pool management companies) to ensure every detail of the renting experience is clean and great. He is kind, trusting, and accommodating. Will definitely try to book this property again when we come back to Venice. I think it’s only a matter of time until he becomes a Super Host.
