The house was very comfortable. The property manager was very communicative if we had an issue. The pool and hot tub were really nice. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a tall order of things we wanted in a rental property, and this place ticked every single box. We were looking for a private pool, a comfortable outdoor seating area, a safe and quiet neighborhood, modern finishes, comfortable beds, and a clean, relaxing space with a touch of luxury—and we found it all.Our only complaint is that we were so busy being tourists that we didn't get to enjoy the property as much as we had planned! There was a shiny new barbecue that we didn't even get a chance to turn on.As for local amenities, there is a Walmart, Winn-Dixie, and Dollar Tree right around the corner. The property management team was quick to respond to questions, though honestly, we didn't need much because everything was already so well taken care of.The kids loved the air hockey table, and we really appreciated having the cooler and beach chairs in the garage to use. With TVs in every room, there was plenty of space for everyone to decompress after a long day, though we also enjoyed the selection of books and board games. We were also impressed by the generous supply of towels and essentials like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, detergent, and dryer sheets. We highly recommend The House Kee!"

We had a great stay. Property was clean, and beautiful. It is in a great location ( close to the grocery stores). We loved the pool. The host was very responsive to messages, and check in was easy.

The house is located in a gated community. It is somewhat quiet. Sometimes you can hear a train passing in the area. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give the property a 7 because the yard is not properly maintained. The grass needed to be cut and the flower plants were grown up especially the one in the walkway. I stayed for 2 weeks and the lawn was cut on the last 2 days before my departure. Inside the house was very clean but the pool area was a turn off. There were insect poop near the master bedroom entrance to the pool and the patio rug needs to be changed. Overall the neighborhood is safe because there is a 24 hours security at the entrance. My husband and I loved how safe the neighborhood is and also Walmart, a gas station and other shops are in walking distance from the house.
