My wife and I decieded to get away for a long easter weekend last min. We found this home on VRBO and based on proximity to the beach it fit our needs. Had to work through a secondary property manager yet it was easy.
Check in was simple. The home though functionally fit our needs yet it is very dated inside. I understand that having items in a rental that are too nice can present issues but much of the furniture and TVs have a feeling that they are 15 + years old. The queen matress downstairs was so uncomfortable (makes pinging spring noises when you sit on it) that we relocated to a bedroom upstairs. Though there are TVs they are very, very small.
Would be a good rental if there was updating. As is, I would not recommend it.
