Condo was clean. No issues. Wish the den was bigger. Balcony was nice. Good location. The beach chair person for that area was very rude kid. Would not provide our chairs a couple times. Water was not very nice. Disappointed about that. Elevators at property need attention.

They checked in with us several times to make sure our vacation was going good and I appreciated that. The condo that we rented was perfect. Fantastic Stay – Great Location, Amenities, and Service!We had an amazing time during our stay! The property is situated on the quieter end of the beach, which was exactly what we were looking for. Check-in and check-out were a breeze and very well explained.A huge shoutout to the cabana crew—they were incredible, respectful, and worked incredibly hard. We also loved that two chairs and an umbrella were included with the property. Early May proved to be the perfect time to visit Fort Walton; the weather was beautiful and we beat the rush before schools let out for the summer.Location-wise, it’s great. It is right across the street from Stewby’s, which is delicious and very popular, and Destin is just a quick 15- to 20-minute drive away. Both Fort Walton and Destin have a ton of fantastic local restaurants to choose from.The resort amenities were also a highlight. The fitness center is a very nice size, and the pools and hot tubs were clean and well-maintained. The only minor downside was that traffic could be a bit challenging at times, particularly during rush hour and with the ongoing bridge construction, but it didn't take away from our trip.Overall, we loved the property and highly recommend it!

Three of us enjoyed a wonderful stay in this beautiful condo right on the beach. One of us has mobility issues and since the showers did not have grab bars the property manager, Beverly, got us a shower seat. As mentioned in description there is only starter toilet paper, paper towel, and dishwasher detergent. If you need coffee l, salt, pepper… be sure you get it ahead of time. We enjoyed all the great cookware and utensils.It’s also great having a nice washer and dryer AND we so enjoyed the free beach chair and umbrella service.
