Start to finish, this was the absolute best & easiest rental I've ever experienced. We loved the ease of the whole process, the permanent resident neighbors who made us feel right at home, the cleanliness of the entire property, and how well-stocked and comfortable the home was, from the beds to the amazing fluffy bath towels! The home is within easy walking distance (1/4 mile) to beach access, pier, and restaurants. No need for a car unless you want to venture out to Ft. Fisher, Carolina Beach or other points of interest. Neighborhood is just one block off the "main drag," Ft. Fisher Blvd., but is exceptionally quiet. We couldn't even hear the neighbors on the other side of the duplex and they have 3 kids and a dog! We would not hesitate to stay here again anytime.

The duplex was immaculate when we entered (we did get a bit confused about which door to go in). It was a beautiful place, good assortment of seating in the living room for our group, lovely & large dining room table & chairs. Flow went into a wonderful, pretty kitchen with new appliances, everything labeled for ease of finding what was needed to cook & prepare food. From the open central area, the 2 bedrooms each with their own bathrooms, were roomy & attractive. Desk was appreciated since my daughter had to work some. Spacious hallway, & same with the bedroom & bath on the ground level. The fenced in yard was perfect for our small dog, she enjoyed having the space. The neighbors were friendly . One other plus was the pantry/laundry room off of the kitchen!! All beds were very comfortable! Appreciated having beach chairs & wagon to use! Our contact person was wonderful when we asked questions or needed recommendations. She was quick to communicate! Great week at the beach in this beautiful home!

Our beach stay was fantasic! We had all the amenities we could possibly need! We took bike rides to the pier to go fishing, used the boogie boards to ride waves, the beach cart to pull all our beach gear down for our stays on the beach, and were able to come back with all the kitchen items needed to make family meals together. The house was super clean and all the furnishings made us feel like we were at home away from home. Thanks for opening up your beautiful home for us to stay and enjoy!
