Beautiful property& exactly what we needed. Close to the beach access to a quiet beach!

There was a bit of a snafu with the front door lock, but was able to get in through keylock on garage door, and door from garage into house, not a biggie. Photos were accurate. Very large, clean, quiet and a short walk to walkway to beach. Quiet beach as well. Caution if you have mobility or climbing problems, there are A LOT of stairs in this unit. There is an elevator, but was not operational, or was turned off. Personally the exercise you get from the stairs was great however. Would recommend and would stay again.

This property was a fantastic find! It was absolutely stunning but also in a great location. Directly across from the beach but also only 3 driveways down from an amazing playground. We will definitely stay again!

Elevator didn't work and they didn't care. Alarm system went on the blink beeping every 30 seconds had to track down property manager who was absolutely no help. Wouldn't return calls and text. When I finally got her on the phone she offered up the cleaning lady to repair both the elevator and the alarm. Needless to say we never had the use of the elevator all bedrooms on the 3rd floor. Nice bringing everything up 3 stories.I fixed the alarm myself and had to leave my family to get batteries. The cleaning lady was nice useless for repairs but very nice.
