Moved right in, place felt like home. Beautiful, cozy and well appointed. Had a couple of questions and host was very helpful and answered our questions right away. All around we thoroughly enjoyed the first class amenities. If we return to beautiful LasCruces we will stay there. Thank you !!

Beautiful property and great this time of year with the bird migration. Host has provided lots of features to attract them. Saw lots of hummingbirds and others up close. Very easy and prompt communication. Each bedroom had its own bathroom so very private. Lovely southwestern decor and well equipped kitchen. Would definitely stay again.

This property is absolutely lovely. The owners have made the house inviting, beautiful, and well stocked with essentials. We loved how dog friendly the property is, providing a dog bed and sheets to protect the furniture. The outdoor areas are filled with great flowers and southwest plants. And there are beautiful areas in which to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine at night. The check-in and check-out instructions were simple. We stayed three nights. Thank you for a wonderful get-away.
