The location was lovely, near to where we were visiting. Spacious and modern. Clean, clutter free and extra touches like toiletries were provided.
It was a little cool at night on the landing/stairs but it was okay, the room was warm enough.
The directions given from the booking.com button took us to the wrong location, luckily our host was immediately contactable and gave us correct directions.

Very pleasant and helpful owner.

Location - easy to find.
Near town centre.
Needs explaining on Booking.com advertisement that you are actually renting a bedroom with an adjacent (private) bathroom in the owners' house and the owners are living in the property at the same time as you are renting it.
The kitchen, garden, stairs, entrance shown in the photographs are all areas used by the owners of the property and the renters.
Because of this, it felt like there was no privacy and wasn't the relaxing time away I was hoping for. I appreciate others may feel different about this.
Otherwise a lovely property.
