Very happy

comfortable

A lovely, if stark, little apartment. The windows are set a bit high up, so don't go expecting a view. And it's a shared kitchen, if you hadn't noticed that in advance (I hadn't). Good working TV with trad channels through an aerial (which I love), and smart TV apps (if you subscribe to them obviously). So make sure you're already signed up to iPlayer, Youtube and the rest, and you've got it all on tap. The shared kitchen was quiet when I was there, only ever saw two other people. And the parking was great and convenient.

I was there during that period in the summer when Hull smells. It doesn't last for long, and once the rains came it went away. But for a while, phwoarr!

Good location. Shops right at the door step and plenty of parking spaces. Spacious apartment and secure door entry. Beds were comfy but the bed base moves easily which wasn't that comfortable.

Floors were really dirty. Not just needs a vacuum dirty but needs proper mopping dirty. After 20 min of us being in the apartment I found the bottom of my daughter's socks absolutely dirty. I noticed dried food stain spots near the kitchen area which were covered in dirt. The reception was already closed and we had already unpacked for the night so I didn't want to call the out of hours number to change the place. After some time of walking barefoot, our feet started making sticky feet noises. Mentioned it to the lady at the reception during check out who said they are cleaned before every stay which I highly doubt. Some of the pans were dirty as well. The main entry door doesn't open immediately after recognising the key card. I had to try 3 times every time I had to enter which was annoying. Place lives up to the name of the maze. Too many turns to get to the apartment the first time. Figured out the closest entry point later which made it easier.
